I want to get this hair cut, but I plan to part my hair to the side and make the bangs side swept.

At first I planned to ask for my bangs a little below my eyebrows, just because I don't favor short bangs, but now that I want them to be swept to the side, how long should I ask my stylist to make them?

If you want them to be like Ashley's in the picture, then just above the eyebrows. If you want to sweep them off of your face, then tell the stylist to cut them jut below you cheekbone, or parallel with the bottom of your nose. This should give you bangs that cna be cute if you wear them down and style them, but long enough to pull them out of the way

i agree with the first post.

do NOT get short side bangs. they look really bad.i would get them so they line up with your nose and you can clip them or slip them behind your ears if they get annoying.
