buy a box of bleach and jet black hair dye, grab a pair of scissors and go crazy.

normally photobucket is the ur best bet but even google have a few good ones. try going on myspace and taking a few pics from some emo myspaces because you'll get and endless supply there

well im not sure exactly where you could find a emo cut, but most the hair magazines in wh smiths and such have cute cuts with lots of layers and fringes, different colours ect. id say just get one of them. if all else fails. try mad rad hair on livejournal, theres lots of different hair dos on there.
