No, it is not too late. There really isn't too much of an difference. I agree you should just flat iron it straight.

sweep it to the other side and straighten it more and just wait for it to grow out more =D

You can have your stylist cut long layers to frame your face in the meantime and you can clip your shorter bangs underneath to give the illusion of smaller bangs.

no its not to late just bring a pic of the olsen twin and maybe say you want it to look like her hair cut but fit it with the bangs u already have u mostly just need a frame (the hair that looks like looong bang that go below you ear.) hope i helped
