sometimes you can find them at garage sales or craigs list. a new one will be really expensive and most suppliers won't sell to you without a salon

i dont live in texas nor do I know anything about hair salons but I am confident that you can buy a chair without a license. its not like beer where they card you! it just a peice of furniture.
