Is there anything that can repair split ends other than going to get it all cut off at the stylist?

I AM A STYLIST AND I WILL TELL YOU THE ANSWER... IF YOU DONT GET YOUR SLITS CUT THEY WILL CONTINUE UP THE HAIR STRAND AND YOU WILL EVENTUALLY HAVE REALLY UNATTRACTIVE HAIR AND END UP NEEDING IT CUT ANYWAY. THERE ARE PRODUCTS YOU CAN USE BUT

I don't think that you can repair it only prevent it because the hair is split and it cannot be fused back together. I need to be cut before the hair starts breaking off.

sry you're gonna ahve to get a trim BUT to prevent them use conditoner

well u should get like at least half an inch cut off every now and then to get rid of the crispy ends but in between use a good conditioner and focus on teh ends when using it....thats all what my hair stylist said.

Split ends CANNOT be fixed. You need to cut them. There are products that can hide them until your next trim, but damage to the hair shaft is irreversible. It's just like when you break a nail--that's dead tissue--it doesn't grow back together. Go get a trim. Nothing looks nastier than frayed ends on long hair.

the Split Ender is a good option......u can try that! It works by cutting the spilt ends but not the length.
