Been to the salon i normally go to today but instead of going with my usuall good but expensive hairdresser i chose a grade 3 stylist who was much cheaper.Anyway i had my hair cut and re-highlighted i thought it looked fine whilst sat in the chair but when i got home my hubby asked if it was supposed to be all patchy?! i had a look and all the top of one side is really blonde the rest brown, the back and underneath are patchy but my left side looks great!
Im going to ring back up to say i want something done tomorow, but can i ask for my usuall hairdresser to correct the problem of the grade 3 stylist or do i have to have the stylist i went with?
What makes it worse is i came out and was 5 mins over my parking ticket and got a 鎷?0 fine!!! So i should have stuck with my normal more expensive hairdresser after all she wouldnt have made me late and i would have had nice hair! Argh

I`m a salon owner %26amp; my job is to sort out any problems we get,thankfully we dont get many because we dont take risks,ie if a girl is not qualified enough ,to our standards then she doesn`t do the job. Soooo you need to approach the person in charge %26amp; get them to rectify your hair,at no extra cost,do not allow anyone at a lower grade to put it right insist on a senior stylist or operator,%26amp; if they value your business enough they will give you some products or even a full refund to compensate for your trouble %26amp; anguish.
You certainly would get that if you came to us,our guarantee is you are 100% happy or its free !!!

Go back to the salon and show the person who did you hair. They should fix it for FREE.

You are a consumer, you have paid for a service and not got what you paid for...tell them what you want. I used to own a salon and I would rather keep someone happy, than them telling everyone how bad their visit was. If the owner is clever they will bend over backwards to give you what you want!

you will have it sorted for free by whoever you want, you can refuse to have the same stylist fix it,if the owner knows her nuts she will make sure u leave the salon happy as larry,so call them back first thing in the morning i hope all goes well for u,,,,,

Im a hairdresser. ALWAYS go back to the salon to get it sorted, dont be specific about who you want to sort it out and if they are a professional salon then the boss will sort it out out of salon hous so as not to make a big spectacle out of you or the person who fudged it. Realy though the advice is, you get what you pay for. you have had your fingers burned and you should learn from it. ( by the way take pics and if they screw it up again sue them!)

don't worry ! your usual hairdresser should correct this but if you want this tomorrow she might be fully booked in this event she should either offer to cancel or rearrange her appointments or offer to supervise someone else to correct this all businesses have trading standards and have to obey them or they could loose there licence to trade. as for your parking ticket i don't think they would pay for that as it is your responsibility where you leave you car even though she to longer to do your hair the most you could wish for was your hair to be corrected and maybe a goodwill gesture on your next appointment but do mention you parking fee you never know what they might do good luck.
