Low alcohol shampoos / Or good shampoos and conditioners?

I just got my hair cut today and the stylist/someone I know, asked what kind of shampoo I'm using because it probably has a lot of alcohol. I said Pantene pro-v and she said Pantene has a lot of alcohol and I should buy a shampoo and conditioner like redken or bedhead.

I straighten my hair a lot so it gets split ends, and I really just want my hair to be soft and healthy. Any good shampoos and conditioners you can recommend?

I love Bumble %26amp; Bumble, but if that's too expensive try something from a natural foods store, they often have alcohol-free beauty products.
